Q. What are your fees for debt collection?
A. We have a firm NO RECOVERY, NO FEE policy. If we don’t collect on your debts, you don’t pay. So it’s in our best interest to collect on your debts as quickly and effectively as we can.

Q. Why would I call you instead of trying to collect my debts myself?
A. Because this is our business, and we do it well. We develop flexible, customized solutions to meet each client’s needs. Our proven debt collection techniques help you improve financial performance and enhance cash flow. By letting us handle your debt collection, you can also free up internal resources to focus on your core business.

Q. Are you bonded?
A. Yes, we’re licensed, bonded, and insured.

Q. Why do you have in-house lawyers?
A. With in-house lawyers, we can easily and efficiently “escalate” the seriousness of the collection process, when appropriate, without any additional expense to you.

Q. How do I know you’ll keep my information private?
A. We respect the privacy of every client, customer, and business partner. We strictly adhere to the requirements of privacy and data protection legislation, such as the Personal Information Act, Electronic Documents Act, Collection Agencies Act, and provincial legislation.

Our employees are extensively trained in privacy issues. Each one must sign a confidentiality agreement as a condition of employment.

Q. How will you treat my non-paying customers?
A. Our client-oriented collections staff strives to maintain your good public image. They are exceptionally skilled at helping people manage and repay their debts. This helps reduce stress for the customer and helps you maintain a positive image.

We also have a debtor advocate who works with directly with debtors to:
• make sure they’re aware of their rights and responsibilities
• answer questions and clear up any concerns
• resolve disputes
